Ara's outfit doesn't leave a whole lot of handholds or ways to get easy leverage - aside from easy movement in the water, Sig knows that's part of the point of it. Still, she does her best to make sure there's plenty of impact on the landing, and tries to find enough leverage to try and pin the Atlantean down.
